From Route 8 heading North: Rte 8 north to Exit 23 for Rte 42. At end of ramp take a right onto Rte 42 east. After approximately 1 mile, make right hand turn to stay on Rte 42. Follow the signs for Rte 42 through Beacon Falls and into Bethany. The entrance to the field is on the right hand side and looks like a driveway. There is a small building at the entrance to the park and the field is set back beyond a small pond. If you reach Rte 63 you have gone too far.

From Route 8 heading South: Rte 8 south to Exit 26 for Rte 63 south towards New Haven. At the end of the ramp take a left and then a right at the Mobil station. Follow Rte 63 south past Crosspointe Shopping Plaza, the Peter Paul candy factory, the DB Mart and Arrowhead Grove. After Arrowhead Grove follow 63 through the traffic light. Approximately ¼ mile on the right, follow the signs for Rte 42 west. Follow 42 west for approximately 1¼ miles. The entrance to the park is on the left-hand side and looks like a driveway. There is a small building just before the entrance and the field is set back beyond a small pond.

From New Haven via Rte 63 heading North: Follow Rte 63 north past the Merritt Parkway. Continue past Rte 114 and Rte 67. Stay on 63 past the golf driving range and old Bethany airport on your left. Look for the signs to follow Rte 42 west and take a left onto 42. Follow 42 west for approximately 1¼ miles. The entrance to the park is on the left-hand side and looks like a driveway. There is a small building just before the entrance and the field is set back beyond a small pond.
